Satisfaction/Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Our goal is to create the best customer relationship possible. Notify us by email at sales@billysbuds.com within 7 days after you receive your plants with
a complete description of any problem. We will work with you to
correct the problem, or we will direct you to return your plants and
we will replace your plants or refund your money. No returns will be
accepted without authorization. You are responsible for the safe
return of the plant, and the return shipping cost.
We guarantee shipping you healthy plants. However, we cannot guarantee
safe arrival of buds or flowers. We guarantee plants will be true to
its name as labeled. We cannot guarantee flowers on plants produced from seed because variations occur in every plant. Clones will be
true to the flowering of the original plant, and these can also be
influenced by cultural conditions and maturity of the blooming plant.
Ultimately, we want you to be happy and we will do everything
reasonable to earn your orchid business.
